Sakhai is a true companion, in your language, on the phone you already have. She helps you keep work and life in balance, tutors the young ones, keeps the family close with a word before it is needed, and celebrates every small win with you.

This page is a door. What we collect here is the least we need to open it.
If you join the waitlist: your email address. If you use an invite: your WhatsApp number, and your email if you gave one. With each we keep the time, the language your browser reports, and your network address, so we can tell people from robots.
We use it for one thing: to tell you when Sakhai is ready for you, by email, or by a WhatsApp message to the number you gave. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for advertising. It is not used to train anything.
On a server run by Cognio Lab LLC. A copy of each signup is sent by email to our own waitlist mailbox so we see it arrive. Nothing else leaves that server.
Until Sakhai has opened to everyone, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. Write to hello@mysakhai.com from the address you gave and it is gone within a week.
If you give us a mobile number and tick the box, Sakhai may send you text messages: replies to what you send her, and reminders or confirmations you asked for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Your mobile number is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
None. This page sets no cookies and loads nothing from anyone else.
The companion has her own privacy terms, shown inside the app before anything is switched on. They are stricter than this page, and they are the ones that matter.

Sakhai is made by Cognio Lab LLC. This site lets you ask for a place, or use an invite from someone who already has her. That is all it does.
Joining the waitlist is a request, not a promise. We open to small groups, in an order we choose, and we cannot say when your turn comes. You can leave the list at any time by writing to us.
An invite code belongs to the person it was given to. A code may be used once, or a set number of times, and may be withdrawn. We may decline an invite if it was passed around in ways it was not meant for.
Sakhai can talk with you by text message at the mobile number you give, once you have agreed to it. Message frequency varies with how much you use her. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end text messages at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Sakhai is a companion, not a doctor, a lawyer, a bank or an emergency service. When she can call for help she says so, and she never replaces calling the emergency number in your country.
These terms may change as Sakhai grows. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading.
Cognio Lab LLC is a company in the United States, and these terms are read under the laws of the State of California.
Cognio Lab LLC makes Sakhai.
Write to us at hello@mysakhai.com. A person reads it, usually within a day.
